General Conditions of Sale: SystemeScale

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all transactions concluded through the websites and digital platforms within the SystemeScale network, a division of Mastermind Blueprint Solutions. A "Client" is defined as any natural or legal person placing an order validated via our secure payment platforms or other approved local/international payment methods.

Article 1a: Age Limit & Professional Maturity

To maintain the professional integrity of our business ecosystem:

16 Years Old: Minimum age for purchasing digital assets, software licenses, or "SaaS" sub-features.
18 Years Old: Minimum age for professional services, including strategic consulting, high-level workshops, and masterminds.

We reserve the right to request age verification. Any user found to be under these limits will be removed from our database, and pending orders will be refunded.

Article 2: Orders

Any order placed on a site belonging to SystemeScale implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GCS. Validation of the order constitutes a binding contract between the Client and Mastermind Blueprint Solutions.

Article 3: Pricing and VAT

Currency: Prices are primarily indicated in Nigerian Naira (₦) or US Dollars ($) depending on the checkout region.
VAT: In accordance with the Nigeria Finance Act, a Value Added Tax (VAT) of 7.5% is included in the final price where applicable.
Modifications: SystemeScale reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of transaction.

Article 4: Payment & Security

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Methods: We accept local and international credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa) via secure gateways.
Providers: Online payments are processed through Stripe (international) and Paystack (local/regional).
Security: All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Liability for the security of the payment gateway rests with the respective provider (Stripe/Paystack).

Article 5: Digital Delivery

Software/SaaS: Delivery is considered fulfilled the moment access is granted to the user dashboard or login credentials are sent to the registered email address.
Service Access: For workshops or consulting, delivery occurs upon receipt of the schedule or entry link to the session.

Article 6: Data Protection (NDPA Compliance)

In accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), you have the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of your personal data.

Consent: By using our services, you consent to the collection of data necessary for service delivery and strategic communication.
Marketing: You may receive emails regarding new software features or professional updates from Mastermind Blueprint Solutions.
Control: You can opt-out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our communications.

Article 7: Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

All clauses in these GCS, and all purchase/sale operations mentioned herein, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
